My name is Katrina, I am a dedicated professional with a deep-rooted passion for sports psychology and athlete well-being. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Northern Michigan University (2008) and a Master of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania (2016). I have cultivated a strong foundation in both the physical and psychological aspects of athletic performance.
With over a decade of experience in the field, I have served as an athletic trainer since 2010. I specialize in caring for and supporting athletes as a collegiate athletic trainer. Here I am providing essential healthcare services to women’s wrestling and football teams.
I’m pursuing a second Master’s degree in Applied Sports Psychology to enhance athlete performance and well-being beyond the physical realm.. This educational pursuit is in line with my goal of obtaining the Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) credential, enabling me to offer comprehensive support to athletes on a psychological level.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to continued learning and personal growth. I am aspiring to become a certified Mental performance consultant, further bridging the gap between mental health and athletic performance.
